About Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance is necessary to keep your software and servers in proper working order. Scheduled maintenance involves issues such as installing Service Packs, updates, patches, and occasionally hardware replacement.

Scheduled maintenance is provided by our hosting partner, Intermedia.NET

Emergency Maintenance: There may be times outside of the scheduled maintenance window that your server is updated with critical security patches or due to other issues that constitute an emergency.

The scheduled maintenance windows have been set as follows:

Monday – Friday; between 2 AM and 6 AM Eastern Time AND/OR

Every Sunday; between 8 PM and Midnight Eastern Time

Most maintenance on the servers requires nothing more than a restart after installing a patch or update. Our service WILL NOT BE OFF-LINE for the entire time, however you may experience brief and intermittent unavailability of the service during this period.

This maintenance schedule has been instituted in order to minimize the inconvenience of the unavoidable scheduled server maintenance (software upgrades, service packs etc.) and to provide you with the best quality of service and server performance possible.
